We offer Free delivery on all orders over £50 no matter what size to mainland UK addresses (some exclusions apply - see below for remote postcodes)

 

Our couriers are Royal Mail as standard (24hr services of Friday shipments will deliver the following Monday) or Parcelforce in the UK. If the value of your items is less than £50 they will usually leave us with royal mail on a  3-5 day service. If you require an item with a value less than £50 shipping next day we may be able to do this if it is prior to 12 noon. To do this please call us on 015242 763 66 and we will advise of the extra charge needed.

The option to upgrade to next day is available £6.95 surcharge* depending upon size and weight (all next day shipping fees are calculated at checkout) - ( excluding Friday shipments which may dispatch the following Monday )

By adding your mobile number to an order with a value over £50 you will receive a text alert from the courier to advise you of a 1 hour delivery window.

We must use multiple couriers outside of the UK depending on your location, and your parcel will require a signature. We do not allow leave with neighbours or in a safe place for security reasons. If you choose to do this and a parcel does go missing you have taken full responsibility for this and we cannot be held responsible or liable for any losses.

 

Rest of Europe - shipping advised at Checkout in local currency - There may be import fees upon receipt of goods - call/email us to confirm the amount.

Rest of World - Shipping taxes and all landing costs are advised at Checkout in local currency - There are import fees upon receipt of goods - call/email us to confirm the amount.

Taxes and duties

Please note that import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders shipped outside of the European Union. These duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates and local import taxes. It will be your responsibility to pay them if and when asked to by your local authorities.

We cannot legally offer an option to pre pay any duties and taxes at checkout.

Keeping track on your delivery

• You can keep track on your delivery up to postal dispatch through your login.

• Once we have dispatched your goods their delivery can be tracked online through the Royal Mail.com website by entering the recorded delivery tracking code which we will supply you on request.

• Packages returned to us unclaimed will be subject to re-delivery charges.

• We will not accept liability for deliveries delayed through incorrect delivery address information supplied at the time of purchase.

• For International deliveries, you are responsible for the importation of goods into your Country and the liability thereof.

• When your package arrives please make sure you keep all of the packaging and contents in case you need to return your goods.

• Please contact us immediately about delayed or missing orders or items.

Smaller Parcels and Ebay orders

• Our usual method of delivery is through Royal Mail.

• 72 and 24 hour service is available at checkout within Ebay on selected items.

Bulk Purchases

As all of our shipping rates are subsidised already we may contact you to request additional carriage of large bulk purchases. You will have the option to pay this surcharge or cancel your order prior to shipping.
